Since its establishment, A-Z GLOBAL has been mindful of and emphasized its progress in addressing these issues. A-Z GLOBAL ENZYMES utilizes natural enzymes derived from tree leaves. Enzymes are catalytic proteins that target and modify the molecular structure of hydrocarbons and fuel-related contaminants. These specific molecules are known as substrates. A-Z GLOBAL ENZYMES contains over two dozen plant enzymes, offering a wide range of substrate capabilities. Enzymes possess active sites where catalysis occurs. By adjusting their shape, they achieve an optimal fit, allowing for a high-energy transitional stage referred to as the enzyme/substrate complex.
