What we trade?

The utilization of crude oil and its derivatives plays a vital role in modern industries, contributing to the continuous global increase in their usage. Crude oil serves as a basis for producing petrochemicals, which are the essential components of modern consumer goods, as well as a fuel source for various modes of transportation, including aviation and shipping.

The demand for natural gas is also expected to grow, particularly in developing economies, due to its advantages over other fossil fuels. Although products derived from the oil and gas industry are consumed worldwide, only a few countries hold significant positions as major producers. At A-Z GLOBAL Trading, we act as a facilitator, ensuring the smooth flow of these products from areas of production to areas of demand.

Initially focusing on trading  crude and refined products, our business lines at present are structured around five key areas:

  1. Crude Oil: A-Z GLOBAL Trading engages in marketing and trading crude oil, we have access to a wide range of key crude grades, including equity barrels like ESPO Blend, as well as third-party barrels sourced internationally. With our global network of trading offices strategically located in major oil trading regions, we are well-positioned to monitor changing crude oil flows and evolving market dynamics. Leveraging our strong relationships with oil producers across regions (Africa, Arabian Gulf, Europe, Russia) and our  logistics capabilities, we capture value throughout the supply chain. Additionally, our expertise in oil markets enables us to execute structured transactions on the financial side of the business, supporting our customers in a highly volatile environment. Refined Products: Refined products are obtained through processes like distillation and catalytic cracking, which transform crude oil into fuels essential for powering the modern economy. Our refined products portfolio at A-Z GLOBAL Trading includes, but is not limited to, the following:

  • Gasoline: Used as fuel for internal combustion engines in a range of applications from cars to industrial equipment. Gasoline is often blended using multiple components to meet specific requirements of different countries. Each month, we manage over 6 components and blend finished grade gasoline for more than a dozen customers.

  • Gasoil and Diesel: We are a major trader of gasoil and diesel, with the key differentiating factor being the sulfur content. This versatile fuel finds extensive use in powering cars, ships, and running power plants. A-Z GLOBAL Trading specializes in blending and handling multiple grades of this fuel, ranging from low-sulfur to higher-sulfur grades.

  • Liquefied Petroleum Gas (LPG): LPG is a highly versatile fuel used for cooking, heating, automotive fuel, and as a petrochemical feedstock. Its demand is rapidly increasing in emerging markets as they shift towards cleaner fuels. A-Z GLOBAL Trading is a significant supplier of pressurized LPG to neighboring markets, and with new production sources emerging, we anticipate substantial growth in our presence.

  • Naphtha: This product finds various applications, primarily as a feedstock for gasoline production and the manufacturing of petrochemicals. A-Z GLOBAL Trading's activities revolve around supplying naphtha to A-Z GLOBAL's downstream business for aromatics production in Suhar. We source this fuel from distant locations like Northwest Europe as well as closer sources. In turn, the light naphtha produced by A-Z GLOBAL Downstream is used for gasoline blending and further conversion into other products. A-Z GLOBAL Trading trades this product and utilizes it for its own gasoline blending purposes.

  • Jet Fuel: Specifically designed for gas-turbine engine aircraft, jet fuel, with Jet A1 being the most commonly used grade in commercial aviation
